 HOW CAN OMEGA-3 FATTY ACID IMPROVE BRAIN FUNCTION?

Yes. Omega-3 fatty acids—especially DHA—play an important structural and functional role in the brain. But there is an important distinction: omega-3 is essential for normal brain function, while taking extra omega-3 supplements does not consistently make healthy adults smarter or prevent dementia.
